Jane Merewether is a senior lecturer and researcher at Murdoch University whose work explores young children’s relations with place, materials, and more‑than‑human worlds. She collaborates with educators across Australia to cultivate ecological literacies through progettazione, pedagogical documentation, and relational, culturally responsive practices.

Heather Conroy is a pedagogical leader working alongside junior school teachers (Prep – Year 4) at a large Grammar school in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Heather has worked in both Australia and Asia, supporting colleagues as teacher-researchers to deepen understandings of collaborative (reflective) practice, progettazione and pedagogical documentation.

As a dedicated teacher-researcher, she is passionate about fostering inquiry and reflection, supporting her colleagues to engage deeply in pedagogical practice.
