She collaborates with educators across Australia to cultivate ecological literacies through progettazione, pedagogical documentation, and relational, culturally responsive practices.

Heather Conroy is a pedagogical leader working alongside junior school teachers (Prep – Year 4) at a large Grammar school in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Heather has worked in both Australia and Asia, supporting colleagues as teacher-researchers to deepen understandings of collaborative (reflective) practice, progettazione and pedagogical documentation.

Claire O’Callaghan is a pedagogical leader at a small early learning setting south of Perth, Western Australia, with over a decade of experience working within the principles of the Reggio Emilia Educational Project. As a dedicated teacher-researcher, she is passionate about fostering inquiry and reflection, supporting her colleagues to engage deeply in pedagogical practice.

Lou Kirkwood has over 20 years’ experience working with the principles of the Reggio Emilia Educational Project. She is commitmed to ethical and political practice, ecological literacies, and values education.
